Description of Role:
Under the guidance of the Director of Operations, The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. This person works with BEW Global customers to deliver quality business and technology solutions that help them meet their strategic business and technology needs. Oversees all aspects of projects and takes responsibility for successes and failures. The position is fast paced, team oriented, and requires adept multi-tasking abilities during busy times. Technical knowledge, while a plus, is not the main skills set we are looking for. BEW Global needs an experienced Project Manager would can work with SME’s and build detailed, actionable plans and then be able to manage the project to successful completion.
Essential Functions:
- Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration.
- Manage the complete project development life cycle for each assigned project. Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, tasking resources, and monitoring progress/status of projects.
- Schedule and conduct project meetings. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
- Work to integrate consistent project management methodology throughout the organization.
- Update methodology and templates to conform to changing project management practices.

Regional Account Manager
Essential Functions
- Develop and maintain all accounts within a defined territory – This includes generating new business, maintaining existing accounts, and any renewals within the territory.
- Build and execute on an annual business plan for the specific region. The plan will clearly define targeted accounts and the specific tasks needed to obtain the financial objectives.
- Consistently drive new business opportunities via direct sales and in-direct partner sales; achieving and exceeding quarterly quotas as assigned to the region.
- Work to build long lasting relationships while maintaining the revenue and gross margin goals of the business.

Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist
Description of Role:
The Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for reviewing and reconciling vendor statements, processing vendor invoices and payments, as well as performing all aspects of billing and collections for BEW Global. Network Security Engineer
Experience Level: 2 Years
Description of Role:
The Network Security Engineer will work with the BEW Global Sales team and Customer to plan, design, integrate and implement a select group of solutions into the Customer environment. The engineer will take an active role in participating in the development of customer statement of work (SOW) to ensure all parties are in agreement to the objectives and requirements of the project. The network security engineer will interact extensively with the Sales Department, Project Management, the Intelisecure Managed Service teams, and Director of Technical Services.
Upon execution of all contracts and SOW, the Engineer will take on the project once the SOW is handed off to Technical Services from the Finance and Project Management teams. The engineer will perform all tasks listed in the SOW to ensure the customer’s services and products purchase are delivered in a superior manner. The engineer will confirm that all tasks outlined on the SOW are completed and documented.
The Network Security Engineer will also be responsible for all documentation associated with the project. All design decisions and implementation steps will be detailed in a System Design Document, allowing the customer to have a record of the system in an as built state. In addition, any pre-installation questionnaires and change order forms will need to be utilized and managed by the engineer to ensure expectations and changes are documented.
Ensure all activities performed adhere to the firms ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS). This includes participation in annual information and network security training and acceptance of spot checks on an ad hoc basis to guarantee that BEW Global is constantly improving upon the organizations ISMS. It is vital that all services performed are done in a secure manner, illustrating the importance BEW Global takes into account in regards to information and network security.
Essential Functions:
- Communicate clearly with the customer to plan and design a successful solution. Ability to install supported solutions including DLP, SIEM, Email and Web Gateways in a wide range of customer environments.
- Provide in-depth knowledge transfer, recommendations, and industry best practices to customers during project implementations.
- Create technical documentation detailing all aspects of the project. Assist in design of internal documents that will provide support in all aspects of the technical services engagement.
- Provide the Intelisecure team with necessary information about the customer environment to seamlessly transition a Customer implementation or system validation to the Intelisecure managed services. Work with the Internal Operations and Intelisecure team to assist in production support and troubleshooting.
- Acquire and maintain certifications on designated solutions to maintain BEW Global’s status with Vendor Partners.

- Lead the development of functional and system design specifications for solutions.
- Administration of the systems deployed in the customer environment.
- Develop advanced data detection policies within the systems that allow for identification of data leakage.
- Collaborate with customer business stakeholders to capture functionality requirements.
- Provide work estimation and validation of technical feasibility as part of the delivery process.
- Prepare detailed documentation on policy, system configuration, and procedures.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices.
- Act as technical Subject Matter Expert on specific standards and technology.
- Create and implement Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
- Work in the laboratory environment to test and prove new functionality introduced into the marketplace.

Education and Experience:
- 1-2 years of Computer Networking, IT Helpdesk, System Administration or Network Security preferred.
- IT Help Desk or System Administration experience preferred..
- Bachelor’s Degree is required, major in Computer Science or Information Technology a plus. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Windows, Unix/Linux Operating System administration experience a plus.
- McAfee, Symantec, Websense or RSA DLP certifications a plus.
- Experience working with clients in a support role preferred.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $45,000-$55,000 annual depending on level of experience.
- Eligible for Annual Bonus Program
- Eligible for Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) Program
